• MCS.org is a well-written, concise UK-based website about MCS.
• The Environmental Research Foundation website is a useful website for environmental health news, including in-depth data on the international picture regarding research into MCS.
• Satori-5 is run by severe ME and MCS sufferer Gordon McHendry. Gordon also writes a MCS Page for the 25% ME Group Charity newsletter. The site contains useful links for both ME and MCS, as well as a moving account of his personal journey.
• MCS-UK is a new website on MCS which hopes to inform, warn, share, support and network on all aspects of chemical sensitivity.

• The British Society for Allergy And Clinical Immunology has a list of NHS allergy clinics across the UK.
• The British Society for Ecological Medicine has a list of affiliated doctors. The charity has also produced a peer-reviewed scientific report 'Multiple Chemical Sensitivity - Recognition and Management'.
• Biolab offer a range of tests to determine the chemical load in the body and indicators for chemical sensitivity.
• Testing for food and other intolerances can be carried out mail order from the York Nutritional Laboratory but the tests start at a price of £130.
• Testing for food intolerances at home using a pin prick blood sample can be carried out by Cambridge Nutritional, prices start from £48.

• Merton Books produce an AAA Directory of Suppliers of allergy-free products. Compiled by Action Against Allergy, the Directory contains details of special foods, bedding, clothing, flooring, paints etc. Cost £2.95.
